Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, smart and incredibly personable TA Specialist that is early in their career and looking for an opportunity to soar into a TA career. Reporting to our CFO, you will not only have an opportunity to coordinate interviews and recruit new “awesome” talent to Paint Nite, but you will also play a key role in helping to build and promote Paint Nite’s employment brand to millions of people.

You will:

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates for hire, and hiring managers and interview teams
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and coordinate any and all hiring steps with hiring managers
  • Source candidates when needed, review applicants’ resumes, conduct phone screens and work with hiring managers to coordinate phone and/or f2f interviews for open positions
  • Assist in bringing more/better structure to the talent acquisition process and documenting it
  • Assist in bringing a new career site live, and help to maintain and evolve the site as we grow
  • Be an employment “Brand Ambassador” by engaging strategic, creative and unique ideas for getting prospective applicants and candidates to find Paint Nite and apply to our positions
  • Lead orientation for all new employees, providing them with a smooth transition into the company

You are:

  • Experienced working in a recruiting department for an agency or corporate employer
  • Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems (Jazz is a plus)
  • Comfortable and experienced handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Eager to find the best processes possible to create a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Proactive. You have a knack for identifying areas for improvement
  • Knowledgeable of Massachusetts labor laws a plus (Immigration, EEOC, etc)
  • An excellent communicator—face to face, phone, and email
  • Tech savvy—look for ways for technology to help with efficiency in Talent Acquisition
  • Hungry to learn; Able to embrace and adapt quickly to change; Flexible and open-minded

WHO WE ARE

Paint Nite® is a new and rapidly expanding concept of blending two timeless pastimes, artistic painting and drinking cocktails as a way to draw patrons into local pubs on a slow night with a unique opportunity to socialize and be creative. The two-hour Paint Nite painting parties are held daily with 25 people in attendance who follow the step-by-step instructions of one master local artist from blank canvas to masterpiece.
